Will an acrylic desk top show fingerprints like a glass desk top?

We have a glass top on our Pottery Barn desk which our kitty kat loves to walk on. We are constantly cleaning off her pawprints. Would an acrylic desk top be better? Where could we get one that is not as expensive as Pottery Barn? Theirs is over $200!

1. Plexiglas will hide most fingerprints. At Home Depot or Lowe's is a product called Lexan, I think that's how it is spelled, anyway, this product they carry is a very durable kind of Plexiglas that comes in many sizes & thicknesses. You might want to give it a try. Especially considering the $200.00 price tag @ Pottery Barn...It'll be much cheaper @ the home improvement stores...Best of luck to ya !!!
